Debt and Credit Counseling:
HCR offers free in depth consultations in regard to individual Credit as well as Debts. These consultations yield a plan and direction which can then be implemented right away or later down the road to credit and financial recovery.

Financial Coaching:
HCR offers a free budgeting analysis and computer program which clients can utilize on a daily basis to track expenses and develop effective budgeting strategies to regain control of their personal or family finances. We offer free advice as well as valuable contacts to allow our clients to effectively achieve their financial goals.

Discounted debt reduction/negotiation programs:
Many consumers are unaware that most debts can be effectively negotiated for pennies on the dollar, at HCR our attorneys pride themselves in their aggressive debt negotiation skills and this service is offered at a discount to HCR members. Credit Education:
HCR continues to provide Free Credit Workshops nationally as well as locally and as consumer advocates makes every effort to share all pertinent information it gathers with any interested individuals or entities. Please see our weekly webinar schedule posted on our website.

Credit Reference Service:
All HCR clients are entitled to our free Credit Reference Letters which have enabled many clients to effectively overcome temporary credit issues while in our Credit Repair Program. (Please call for further information).

Add positive credit lines to your Credit Report:
Our advisory Service as well as affiliations allow HCR Members to add positive Credit to their reports to bolster their Credit Scores. (This service may have additional costs).

Legal Advice and Action:
All HCR members receive attorney representation against the Credit Bureaus as well as collectors however through HCR’s affiliation with PPL, members may also purchase a membership which allows them access to many legal benefits above and beyond Credit Recovery. (Please call for more information).

Attorney facilitated credit restoration:
A HCR attorney will aggressively represent you against all three Credit Repositories in removing derogatory information. (An additional cost of five dollars per deletion as deletions occur). Most clients are finished with this program within 6 months to a year.

Discounted Loss Mitigation Services:
Many people who face a foreclosure are approached with many options, most of them costing money or are inappropriate for their situation, HCR members may receive help with foreclosure issues at no cost to them as well as their friends, family or acquaintances.

Access to bank account:
In most cases HCR members may attain a bank account even if you are reported in Check Systems. (Call for more information).

Access to Identity Theft Program:
HCR members are encouraged to protect their new credit standing by enrolling in the HCR approved identity theft program which is much more comprehensive than most protection programs and is backed by PPL. This program was years in development and is by far the best in the country. (Please call for more information).
