The Credit
Restoration Process
- A
HCR direct consultant or approved affiliate
will meet with or speak with a prospective client and
provide a free
credit consultation designed to inform the
prospect of their current credit standing and to offer
information which will benefit and aid them in attaining their future credit goals.
- A
prospect will choose to register as a HCR member either
through utilizing our easy
on-line registration process or register by phone
or in person with a HCR direct consultant or approved
affiliate.
- After
initial enrollment and payment information has been
received and accepted by HCR, ( including the simple
application form and payment authorization for monthly
investment plans if a client does not choose to pay in
full), a client will receive
a welcome confirmation e-mail within one
working day.
- All welcome confirmation e-mails
will provide introduction
to the attorney
(each client will have their own attorney who represents
them against the bureaus) as well as their customer
service representatives name and phone number, and the
name and phone number for the HCR principal.
- The client will receive a
HCR welcome packet within five working days
which contains specific instructions and forms to be filled
out by the client (easy to do) and returned to our business

- Once
HCR receives a client's complete
and properly filled out Power of attorney form, proof of
address and ID as
well as their credit reports or form to attain their
reports (provided) their paralegal will prepare their
first demands under the direct supervision of their
assigned attorney. Remember no two credit reports are
exactly alike therefore to obtain the best results
possible it will entail more than just letter writing to
the bureaus. There are Federal and State laws in place to
protect your credit standing. We make sure that these laws
are being followed to our client's advantage. We demand
validation and verification of derogatory information
using the Fair
Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting
Act, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act and the
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
These are only some of the laws which allow us to leverage
your case against the bureaus. We also utilize aggressive
tactics and loopholes to achieve our unmatched results.
The signed challenges are mailed directly to all three
credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and Trans Union).
- The
average response time of the bureaus to our challenges is
forty eight to fifty two days, the bureaus responses will
come directly to the client which will allow them to
actually see what has been deleted. The client simply
copies the responses for
their own records and forwards them to HCR for further
review and continuation of their case against the bureaus.
A MAJORITY OF OUR CLIENTS COMPLETE THE CREDIT
RESTORATION
PROCESS WITHIN SIX MONTHS. However, HCR advises clients
to expect the process to take up to a year with
substantial improvement usually within the first sixty
days!
